Governor Jerry Brown lies and defrauds California residents daily as to the severity and corruption that exists within the State. When Brown was Attorney General he became personally involved with my own court corruption case back in 2008. Brown was even subpoenaed when I sought to vacate a fraudulent judgment.

Crooked fraudster Attorney Eileen Avila, in her client contract stated, she was the attorney for my ex-husband and me in a divorce mediation, we both paid her fees. Meanwhile Avila filed all court documents that she only represented my husband and that I was self-represented, this occurred in 2004. Two years later in 2006 during this time I’m reminded of this crime, a time trigger in trauma terms. This was when I sustained my first physical intestinal injury from Avila’s harm. The injury occurred after I was informed by Attorney Eric Woodman that something was wrong with Avila’s representation of me. This event was highly traumatic and chaotic as every aspect of my life was intentionally harmed. It took almost two months to determine what actually happened with other San Francisco attorneys.

Commissioner Richard Dubois was involved with how this Fraud on the Court occurred in my divorce. Dubois met with Avila on my behalf which was unknown to me. Avila stated to the court I was self-represented which was news to me, plus she altered my identity with the Court in this scheme. The intent in this pre-meditated fraud by Avila was extreme malice, but still this predator sits free to harm others. INJUSTICE! The harm I sustained by this crooked insane psycho plus countless other crooked predators running San Mateo Superior Court & County is blatant TERRORISM. The same exists with every U.S. Politician sitting in D.C., TERRORISM! Some worse than others but none of these U.S. Politicians represent any American.

Commissioner Susan Jakubowski terminated my marital status and defrauded United Airlines in doing so, completely against my will in the fraud scheme. Still to this day, I do not have a DIVORCE DECREE, you got some serious problems, Brown. Nevertheless the bogus State of California Franchise Tax Board lien. I command my freedom and my property which is now a huge settlement as do other victims. Do you understand?

Meanwhile, Brown has only taken the stance he rather victimize victims for years on end then take authority for The State of California’s broken government. Even after Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s subpoena due to the corruption to cover-up Avila’s crimes, Brown sat back while Attorney Richard Fine was unlawfully jailed for eighteen months from corruption in Los Angeles Superior Court. The State Bar of California and the Office of Frederick Ohlrich, the Clerk of the Court of the Supreme Court in San Francisco covered-up the criminal acts of Avila. That was why Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was subpoenaed. Meanwhile many crooked judges, attorneys and fraudulent U.S. Politicians keep the same sham going. Brown, moon beams himself into LA LA LAND!

Today I happened to go onto the State Bar of California’s website and a notation flashed on the screen which states, “In 2013, the State Bar Ethics Hotline received about 13,600 calls. What kind of questions rank at the top for the legal ethics hotline?” Meanwhile the greatest cause of concern is that NO ONE is in authority anywhere, that goes for Attorney General Kamala Harris. There still is NO authority for the obvious severe problems with the State Bar of California and the harm perpetrated to California residents? This message is being sent directly to Brown and Harris. I am outraged at the inhumanity towards myself, other victims and all California residents. Irresponsible and reckless, yes that is you Attorney General Kamala Harris, the same goes for Governor Jerry Brown. Who has ethics, no one.

In February 2012, I was assaulted by Congresswoman Jackie Speier and her rep. Brian Perkins when I defended my American Rights and other victims rights due to the rights violations and corruption encountered by Commissioner Richard Dubois. A few months later I learned the reason of my assault was so Speier and crooked twenty plus year Congresswoman Anna Eshoo could run in the 2012 election for their own campaign funds. Meanwhile these lowlifes could care a less about our American rights, money or lives. Many die yearly in corrupt courts, these events are highly traumatic. Other victims I’ve assisted have sustained other physical harm. TREASONOUS HOSTAGE TAKING TRAITORS! Those two predator Congresswomen knew I’d speak out against them during their election campaigns. During my unlawful seizure in order to gain my freedom I had to agree to a police escort out of the county. When the time came for my release they backed down on the police escort. This is quite the story!

Meanwhile, the judge who unlawfully granted a restraining order against me by Congresswoman Speier was crooked San Mateo Superior Court Judge Robert Foiles. Foiles violated my jury trial against Attorney Eileen Avila when Schwarzenegger was subpoenaed. Judge Foiles then gave my jury trial to Judge John Schwartz but with a bench trial. Judge Foiles had a direct conflict of interest to aid Congresswoman Speier, this was an assault by Foiles too! Speier is a survivor of the tragic Jonestown Massacre, but this woman has no sense of humanity. It’s amazing how these people believe they are so important, but they are truly a joke. Both Speier and Eshoo learned of my circumstances when I spoke publicly on corruption issues at San Mateo Superior Court at a Obama Campaign Rally in Half Moon Bay, CA in 2008. Myself and another advocate exposed seven cases of corruption against Commissioner Richard Dubois and there is no question many other victims exist.

Some other crooks in the San Mateo area are Judge George Miriam, District Attorney James Fox and his predator son, County Attorney Timothy Fox, County Attorney Michael Murphy, Attorney Lisa Dugoni aka FANG and Attorney Ian Yourtz. At the time a felony accomplice girlfriend of my ex-husband became involved she will be just another crook attorney. The California Board of Supervisors I believe had a kickback scheme with the Court similar to what happened in the Attorney Richard Fine case. Attorney Richard Fine uncovered a $300 million kickback scheme between those parties in Los Angeles. They all probably stole my settlement from First Mercury Insurance Co. and now my settlement is massive with the State of California.

Governor Brown a few months prior to President Obama’s fraudulent 2012 Election, gave Commissioner Richard Dubois and the ex-crooked head of the State Bar of California, Judy Johnson raises with an increased salary and title of judge. A total conflict of interest by Governor Brown to my case. An outrage! Meanwhile I learned Congresswoman Anna Eshoo’s ex-husband had a private law practice at one time with crooked Commissioner Richard Dubois. Lots of crooks on the payroll in State and Federal Governments operations.

Don’t get me started on crooked terrorist Senator Dianne Feinstein and Senator Barbara Boxer. Oh, Governor Brown by the way how nice your backing down on the California Rail System. Doesn’t look good that the bid for the Rail System was won by crooked Senator Feinstein’s husband Richard Blum along with his involvement with Perini. But then they are your buddies, they came to your wedding. Boy, that’s nothing to be proud about, burn those pictures of them. Governor Brown aided the two crooked Senators and two crooked Congresswomen’s fraudulent elections, so nice of you Brown. Election Fraud is an EPIDEMIC!

Meanwhile the firm Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman and Dicker and their attorney lowlifes Thomas Wilson, Thomas Wilson Jr., Martin Johnson and Sara Savage, the defense counsel for Attorney Eileen Avila chose to intentionally harm and impoverish me by making a payoff to Judge John Schwartz. Attorney Eileen Avila’s insurance company First Mercury Insurance Co. CEO, Richard Smith was part of the scheme. Governor Schwarzenegger followed Attorney General Browns lead to do nothing to assist me or anyone. Meanwhile, I do not doubt Wilson, Elser colluded with the State Bar of California’s rep. Rachel Grunberg and others to enter that fraudulent judgment because later on Patrick Kelly of Wilson, Elser became the State Bar of California’s President. Just prior another crook became President for a short time who was an attorney of another victim from a Commissioner Dubois scheme. Keep those crooks on the payroll. It is unbelievable how the U.S. Military has failed this American Republic.

As far as I’m concerned since tonight’s news is now promoting Iran’s warships coming towards the U.S., I don’t doubt it’s just another diversion. No one takes authority against the countless criminals running our subverted nation.

All members of Congress and countless other crooks must be marched out now, that includes President Obama. Everyone thinks this a joke but no one is laughing and the same bozo the clown stooge show continues. The DEFAULT should begin NOW, for the protection of this American Republic & the American People!

Otherwise, the American people need to seriously prepare to BEAR ARMS. I’m done with anyone in Government who wants to violate my rights or any other Americans rights. I will not stand for it another day, do you hear me U.S. Military? Someone better start taking authority or the American people need too!
