My name is Cheryl Kennedy, I am an American National,  U.S. Court Corruption crime victim turned whistleblower, rights activist and corruption freedom fighter.  The Federal Trade Commission has failed to adequately allow FREEDOM OF THE PRESS in the United States of America and promotes DISINFORMATION.

There are many reasons for our failed 1^st Amendment Rights of Freedom of the Press to the American people.  First off there is usurped subverted media by foreign nations, organized crime and/or from infiltrated groups into U.S. mainstream media.   British accents have become a norm and regular on television as well as distracted news stories about overseas issues, war and foreign terrorism, etc.  Meanwhile terrorism exists right here in the United States of America.  The intentional creation of mass trauma, chronic victimization plus the immeasurable stress and harm inflicted purposefully is to kill and rob families of their lives and breakdown society.  FRAUD DOES KILL!  These American cover-ups have resulted in an American Holocaust.  Corruption of this magnitude is genocidal terrorism.

The American people are under extreme attack with the greatest harms occurring in the U.S. Court system.   Americans lives are being destroyed and violated mainly in family law courts.  All segments of the U.S. Court system are corrupted.  American rights and lives are violated which victimizes many families.   The stealing of assets, private property (land and homes), children and the elderly are being human trafficked, medical kidnappings, unlawful seizures and arrests, no due process of law, cruel and unusual punishment exist  to result in holding Americans as captives, slaves or hostages in U.S. Courts for years.    Financial terrorism, medical terrorism, election terrorism, homelessness and poverty terrorism, corporate terrorism and other terrorism exists right here in the U.S. A.   Where is this discussed on the mainstream media stations, FTC?

Britain, Israel, The Vatican, many mafias, corporations and other terrorists have infiltrated and usurped the infrastructure of the U.S. & State Governments and the political process.  Major corruption and collusion between the U.S. Government and U.S. mainstream media exists.  This is well documented just from within my own personal experiences besides many other Americans own experiences.

President Obama picked up a nightmare from the treasonous Bush and Clinton Administrations.  Though I believe President Obama seeks to restore this American Republic his own lies and fraud must end NOW.   The President, neither Vice President nor any member of the U.S. Congress truly represents the American people because they do not have any jurisdiction to the U.S. Courts, plus their infrastructure is that of a DEFACTO foreign corporation.  Corrupt treasonous turn a blind eye politicians have aided these major atrocities and some commit crimes daily.  The promotion of their crooked fraudulent selves on television while raising campaign finance funds is a fraud and honest service fraud since they falsely represent residents in their  Districted communities or States.   Meanwhile residents whom live in these Districted communities or States are deprived of their rights and lives plus they are harmed for years as Americans, especially in the local crime scene U.S. Courthouse.  All voting and elections have been fraudulent in State and Federal elections.

Bar Associations, the Federal Reserve, The Securities and Exchange Commission, The IRS and many other Governmental agencies are not American and have NO ALLEGIANCE to the American people.   The U.S. Military and the variety of INJUSTICE agencies failed to protect the American people or this American Republic.  These usurped DEFACTO entities and false powers carry out major organized crime and racketeering crime sprees to harm and rob American families.  These atrocities have obviously been aided by the Federal Trade Commission’s own lacking authority and accountability plus usurped foreign and/or corporate influences.  Nowadays only a few corporate media entities rule U.S. mainstream media television so disinformation, distractions and specific promotes are easily manipulated. U.S. mainstream media reaps gains, interviews and press coverage from the broken shambles of voter, election and campaign finance fund fraud plus the lobbyist system to promote fraudsters and crooks on the Governments payroll.

Two prime examples of easily identifiable crimes are when New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, whom is also a media owner and the NYPD committed 4^th Amendment Rights violations against minorities in the Stop and Frisk Program.  Banks committed major fraud and robbed millions of homes in the foreclosures, criminal trespass and 4^th Amendment violations.  Meanwhile bank stocks trade publicly benefitting criminal banking executives personally, plus the corporate bottom lines and the Securities and Exchange Commission colludes.  These crimes are committed with Americans eyes wide open, it is disgraceful.  Media and government aid and benefit from these crimes.  Where are arrests?

I became aware of these events when I first began seeking assistance to only discover no assistance from any U.S. Politician after being defrauded by an Attorney, whom I have a fraud ruling against at San Mateo Superior Court in California.  Due to the magnitude of the crimes I sought to share my story with media, this began in and around 2006.  Cover-ups ensued by mainstream media along with rights agencies.  The cover-up’s, I alone encountered by television and newspapers in U.S. mainstream media is off the charts, nevertheless the many other Americans harmed from within the U.S. Court system.  Alternative media now shares these stories and exposes these atrocities more and more.  The internet benefits the American people with TRUTH much better than the DISINFORMATION U.S. mainstream media.

After having my American rights violated, plus being brutalized from an initial divorce fraud scam which increased to a civil fraud scam by crooked judges, attorneys and the California State Bar of organized crime, plus responses of no jurisdiction by any U.S. Politician, the FBI and U.S. Department of Justice plus CA Justice Department, the following action occurred.  I did receive a fraud ruling but the matter should be criminal against the attorney and others.   It is my Constitutional Right to have a jury trial, everyone knew I was defrauded a judge was involved with the initial divorce scam.  Thus in 2008, I subpoenaed Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to a jury trial against the attorney who defrauded me due to no accountability by the CA State Bar or the Supreme Court of San Francisco’s Court of the Clerks Office.  After the jury trial violation, plus a fraudulent entered judgment Governor Schwarzenegger and his representative Attorney General Jerry Brown were both subpoenaed because my harmed continued. DO YOU SEE THIS IN THE NEWS, FTC? Many documented cover-ups by many U.S. mainstream media exist, FTC.  Please contact me for my court case # so I know you are interested in addressing this topic, FTC.  The court docket and subpoenas can be viewed online.   This California fraud crime then traveled to New York Supreme Courts in a foreclosure full of crooks and criminals.

Meanwhile, Governor Jerry Brown has now committed election fraud twice since 2008, election fraud is rampant while my and many other Americans rights are violated daily. Justice Delayed is Justice Denied. No U.S. Politician, No U.S Military General, NO ONE has a right to violate my American rights or any other Americans rights, NO ONE!  A violation of Free Press violates Truth, Freedom, Justice, Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.  Many Americans deserve settlements and the return of their private property, children, etc.   Return my private property!  NO ONE has a right to withhold neither my private property nor any Americans private property nevertheless family members unlawfully or has the right to hold Americans as captives, slaves and hostages in crooked U.S. Courts, CPS or disaster programs for years while crooked government employees sit and steal on their payrolls.  All payrolls must cease!

When President Obama came into office, I filed a RICO lawsuit in D.C. naming Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder for accountability.  In 2009, Obama or Holder assigned a U.S. Marshall to me.  My knowledge about U.S. mainstream media cover-ups and/or the collusion with the Government is extensive.  I created a dialogue between my U.S. Marshall contact and many in U.S. mainstream media, thus exposing the severity of these social injustices and issues.  Many in media know me and they equally know I have no problem bashing someone I know to be crooked, etc. or a party that covers-up the truth to harm myself or other Americans.   Some media contacts are at MSNBC, FOX NEWS, CNN, Bob Woodward of the Washington Post, Huffington Post, Bay Area News Groups owned by San Jose Mercury News, Sac Bee, LA Times, Daily News, Bloomberg News, Michael Moore, and other varied media or specific individuals can be named.  Thus the cover-ups continued.  My own government contacts know I vehemently will speak out and have written countless letters to expose these atrocities, plus they know I will bash them too.   My own blog www.areyouawaremedia.com shares some of my writings a previous website was taken down.  My story can be viewed on www.corruptionamericanstyle.com

Over the years, I met many other court crime victims and exposed six other corrupt divorce cases besides mine against a judge at San Mateo Superior Court, plus other cases from the area.  In addition, twenty cases of child kidnapping/CPS/Foster care adoption schemes were exposed even provided to John Walsh at America’s Most Wanted.   

In 2012, I was unlawfully seized and assaulted by Congresswoman Jackie Speier from San Mateo County on trumped up charges. Speier and her San Mateo County goons created a conflict of interest to a judge whom violated the jury trial when Schwarzenegger was subpoenaed.   To gain my freedom, I had to agree to a police escort out of the county.  I had not yet realized that Congresswoman Jackie Speier was running in the 2012 election.  Another local Congresswoman Anna Eshoo has serious conflicts of interest to a judge from my own crime, nevertheless the magnitude of victims that exist due to her fraudulent turn a 20 plus year blind eye behavior.  I sought financial relief for me and other victims brutalized, bullied and abused in San Mateo County for years but Speier believed raising her own campaign finance funds to be more important, thus why Speier wanted me out of the area to not expose their fraud. Mainstream media does not commit to FREE PRESS, FTC.   The criminally insane, sociopaths and psychopaths on the government’s payrolls have destroyed this American Republic and many families’ lives all for their own greed and false fraudulent powers and the FTC aids it. 

In 2012, I filmed some of my story with Lawless America www.lawlessamerica.com .  In 2/13, Lawless America went to Washington, D.C.   Neither President Obama nor any member of the U.S. Congress would meet with a few hundred court crime victims that Bill Windsor of Lawless America filmed for his documentary; this is an extremely serious issue.  Bill Windsor did receive a response from the President. This victim group also prepared to visit the Washington Post to do a story.  I wrote Bob Woodward at the Washington Post how they should meet with this group.  Immediately after that Bob Woodward terminated my communications plus the Washington Post refused to meet with Bill Windsor and the Lawless America group and brought in security.  I blasted Bob Woodward and the Washington Post.   Two stories exist on my blog.  Woodward received my written complaint in a different manor and Woodward made a different separate comment in media to address my statement in relationship to the Federal Government.  FTC you’ll understand when my articles are read.  The Graham family and many mainstream media executives should be arrested.  The promotion of violence and Hollywood actors is another serious mainstream media issue which I will not touch upon but it is hereby noted.

In 2013, I was hired to work in Governor Chris Christie’s www.renewjerseystronger.org a Hurricane Sandy Grant Program.  After working there for almost six months and living the daily work nightmare of this operation I finally put together a list of many crimes occurring and exposed as an employee whistleblower major corruption in this program.  Grant Award documentation which is posted under news on my website easily reveals how Governor Chris Christie has Hurricane Sandy victims sign their rights away to the State of New Jersey and the NJ Department of Community Affairs.   This reveals once again criminal trespass and 4^th Amendment violations, besides massive fraud, criminal conspiracy, etc.  I was placed on unpaid leave, had my verbal employment contract violated provided to all Housing Advisors, which is easy to prove , in retaliation by crooked Governor Chris Christie and my three employers after I exposed their sham.  This information was provided to my government contacts.  Worker’s rights are greatly violated to carry out Governor Christie’s crime spree.   This is a continuation of the stealing of homes and land, besides assets and people plus is perpetrated by the same criminal corporations and government contractors that committed crimes against Hurricane Katrina and Rita disaster victims.  This reveals poor reporting of these crimes by U.S. mainstream media and no doubt government collusion, FTC.  A nightmare and horror exists harming thousands of families, besides employees.  FTC – you aid crime.

As an employee whistleblower, I was also met with overall cover-ups by U.S. mainstream media.  In 2014, I filed with my government contacts 1^st Amendment Rights violations against the Asbury Park Press “APP” owned by Gannett.  Since then “APP” brought in a news reporter to promote more coverage of the nightmare the Hurricane Sandy victims live with.  This reporter now knows me but many important crimes in this story are covered-up and I remain covered-up in mainstream media but not alternative media.   Crooked treasonous Governor Chris Christie parades himself around as Mr. Wonderful but meanwhile he commits tremendous crimes daily against the Sandy victims and employees.  Governor Christie should not be able to raise campaign finance funds while he commits crimes, nevertheless should Christie get any U.S. mainstream media coverage to promote himself for President.  The best place for Governor Christie is to be sitting in a cell, the same goes for Governor Andrew Cuomo.  Christie committed election fraud in 2013 while he committed these crimes as did Cuomo in his elections.  Cuomo has been an instrumental creator in this bogus fraudulent “HUD” funded disaster recovery program, besides a main perpetrator in aspects of creating the fraudulent banking foreclosure debacle from when he was “HUD” Secretary under Clinton.  The crook parade of U.S. Politicians for fraudulent elections and the colluding by mainstream media for gains must end.

My own government contacts know I will blast many in U.S. mainstream media about disinformation and NO FREE PRESS, plus fraudulent press.  In fact at this juncture, I believe NO U.S. Politician, after the sixth TREASONOUS FREAK SHOW, State of the Union Address by President Obama should be provided any news coverage whatsoever.   All should be halted from their paychecks, benefits and pension too.

No U.S. Politician should be in direct violation of any Americans rights and have any ability to provide or infiltrate U.S. mainstream media for their own agenda.  Also, no U.S. Politician while in office should have any investment stakes with any U.S. mainstream media, this exists with crooked terrorist Senator Dianne Feinstein and her crooked husband Richard Blum and Al Jazeera.

Due to the circumstances of what tragically exists in this usurped American Republic, some such as Governor Jerry Brown should come clean with TRUTH & JUSTICE along with the U.S. Military.  Recently an article by Patrick McGreevy of the LA Times spoke about Governor Brown’s budget, meanwhile Patrick McGreevy and the LA Times know of Governor Brown’s fraud, the violation to my rights and other Californians rights.  Repulsive!  It must end!  Where are arrests?  Many employees violated and corrupted in this cover-up process.

As I write this letter, I’ve heard Christie and Cuomo speaking about the snowstorm, they are so foul and repulsive to not just myself but many Americans harmed from their crimes.  This letter will be submitted to my own government contacts, I now seek that NO PRESS whatsoever be given to any U.S. Politician or any U.S. Political Candidate until TRUTH & JUSTICE are restored to the American Republic and the American People.  U.S. Military shutdown your treasonous, deceptive, rights violating torture house gulags and disaster programs, etc.   These charades, cowardice and the United States of Sham must end NOW!  The American people deserve better!  Many Americans command their Freedom from this tyranny, barbarism, crimes against humanity and the intent to harm and destroy the lives of American families.   Do we need more inhumanity? Your Medals of Dishonor are definitely on the Lunch Menu!

FTC, too much garbage exists on present television programming.  Select channels should be designated to discuss strictly American rights, societal injustices or issues.  True American activists, rights agencies should be provided free access.  The Third Party Takeover of Americans Lives even exists in hospitals, this must be HALTED! WHERE IS FREE PRESS, FTC?  WHERE IS FREEDOM & JUSTICE U.S. MILITARY?
