BRAVO! BRAVO! BRAVO!

On January 30, 2014 while at Dunkin Donuts, I was alerted to fabulous news that Hammerman & Gainer, one of my crooked hostile employers was ousted from Governor Chris Christie’s Hurricane Sandy Grant Program http://www.renewjerseystronger.org. As an employee whistle-blower the news flashed out from a news stand right into my wandering eyes. That was great news, Yippee! Yippee! High-Five! High Five!

The Asbury Park Press, whom I filed a 1st Amendment Rights Violation to FREE PRESS had the story on their front page, a Congressman sought a Federal probe. Well, the Fed’s got the request from me on November 11, 2013. Adam Gordon of Fairshare Housing was mentioned in the news story, he is a party to whom I’ve provided information. Way to go Adam!

There was no reason noted in the news stories plus there has been conflicting information in the news stories. Some facts stated that Hammerman & Gainer had a three-year contract to distribute $780 million in funds to Hurricane Sandy victims as a contractor in the New Jersey grant program. That $780 million dollar figure matches the two Grant programs that I assisted in while employed by Hammerman and Gainer, Quadel Consulting and Atrium Staffing. There was a $180 million Resettlement Grant which was $10,000.00 per family and the $600 million “RREM Grant” known as the Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, Elevation & Mitigation Grant which was a maximum grant of $150,000.00.

Hammerman and Gainer would receive $68 million over three years to distribute the $780 million in grant funds to Sandy victims. Why in the world, should Hammerman & Gainer receive a termination fee in the amount of $7 million or $10.5 million is beyond me?

I was placed on unpaid leave when I exposed these three hostile employers plus immense corruption from in the programs overall. My three employers breached their contract to defraud myself and how many other employees that were fired or laid off whom had a one-year verbal employee contract upon hiring. Since my employment began initially with my position as an Intake Analyst, all the management had been laid off or fired. After a month my position changed to a Housing Advisor. Many employees resigned due to the insanity and chaos of the office. Intentional trauma was created by management between the Housing Advisors and the Sandy victims so they would sign their rights away, while under duress. Some of the original managers had three-year contracts, I do not know if they were verbally or written contracts.

Governor Chris Christie of the State of Jersey and Commissioner Richard Constable III of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs clung to contracted employees as did all three of my hostile employers to keep violating the rights of the Hurricane Sandy victims. Attorneys are the greatest crooks running our country, with a few honest ones out there. Signing the rights away of the Hurricane Sandy victims through fraudulent Grant Awards is a 4th Amendment Right violation and appeared to be a continuation of the fraudulent foreclosures. The Housing and Urban Development, HUD were also involved with that scheme. Denial and ignorance never win.

One of the greatest ways in which corruption thrives is in turn a blind eye behavior plus clinging to paychecks or financial gain. I sought to get other contracted employees to walk-out, but their desperation for a paycheck won-out, along with the trauma. The vipers running the program clung to them and they chose to be ignorant patsies instead. Just what criminals need patsies. In essence the remaining employees become part of the severity of the problems and crimes, some to greater extent than others. I understand the need for a paycheck. But all in all, it is NOT American to violate any other Americans rights while someone clings to a paycheck.

Scenarios such as these contribute to immense harm to families, I cannot state enough the severity of these situations. Once anyone is notified of criminal acts, they should halt their work or operations. I’ve literally encountered County governments where everyone seemed involved with the criminal acts, its tragic.

Though many problems existed in the “RREM Grant” Program it took time for me to fully understand the scope and magnitude of the corruption. Even I was traumatized at times from the chaos. The Grant Award documentation signings revealed the intent to violate Hurricane Sandy victims rights, that was the real kicker that gave away and solidified this sham. I believe the Resettlement Grant provided credibility to the program. Many families did receive $10,000.00 in grant funds with minor stipulations. The “RREM Grant” that is another story, the criminal acts and problems are beyond measure.

Atrium Staffing whom has other government contracts such as the NFL and Air Cruisers is a huge staffing company. Atrium’s executives chose a hostile stance with me. Little did they realize how much of an activist I am especially on corruption. Why Atrium’s executives would choose to risk their entire business just shows their own greed, lunacy and crooked attorneys whom are no doubt hired at their firm.

I requested the payment of my remaining contracted salary be paid to me by today the same for other employees and if not paid Commissioner Harold Wirth of the Department of Labor should be arrested. Hammerman and Gainer’s termination fee should be halted along with all operations of Atrium Staffing and Quadel Consulting when they violate my right to work along with others. Crooks get paid and some employees get screwed along with the Sandy victims. No funds were mailed or direct deposited to me as of today, so Wirth your job and life is on the line. Your only aiding and abetting these criminals and include Governor Chris Christie too.
