Well I am finally glad to see some investigative reporting by the Asbury Park Press instead of their aiding Governor Chris Christie’s regime. In an article by their reporters Bob Jordan, Dustin Racioppi and Michael Symons on March 9, 2014 titled Friends Profit From Christie Connections, some great links were named. The connection that caught my eye most linked Lori Grifa, as a former Department of Community Affairs Commissioner under Christie who now works at the law firm Wolff & Samson, which represented the Rockefeller Group.
The law firm Wolff and Samson came under investigation in the “Bridgegate” scandal to Governor Christie’s relationship with David Samson who presently serves as current chairman of the New York and New Jersey Port Authority. The Rockefeller Group came under scrutiny when Mayor Dawn Zimmer of Hoboken, New Jersey claimed Hurricane Sandy funds were withheld over an issue to build a high rise in her community related to the Rockefeller Group, stated to her by Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno. Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno has denied the allegation and now the Rockefeller Group has dismissed Wolff & Samson as their legal counsel earlier this year after the matter was exposed.
I am an employee whistleblower against Governor Chris Christies RENEWJERSEYSTRONGER http://www.renewjerseystronger.org “RREM” Grant Program, which means Rehabilitation, Reconstruction, Elevation & Mitigation. Hurricane Sandy victims were caused further excessive intentional trauma to sign their rights away in the Grant Award documentation which benefited the State of New Jersey & Department of Community Affairs under the “RREM” Grant Program.
The Rockefellers are a well-known banking family with an initial link to Bush family patriarch Prescott Bush. The fraudulent banking foreclosure conspiracies were created under the Presidency’s of the Bush and Clinton Administrations plus the banking cartels and crooked U.S. Court system, so the plot does thicken. It is my belief the swindle to cause greater harm to the Hurricane Sandy victims was a continuation of the fraudulent banking foreclosure conspiracy debacle. Was this disaster created intentionally to steal more homes, assets and individuals through the corrupt U.S. Court system? Disaster relief has become a very, very, very big business just as wars. Criminals are brazen and they commit their crimes nowadays with well documented evidence and with all American eyes upon them.
Another interesting link to the fraudulent banking foreclosure conspiracy debacle relates to the Housing and Urban Development, “HUD” which was created and aided by Clinton Administration “HUD” Secretary Andrew Cuomo who’s now Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York. Many serious criminal acts take place in the infrastructure of the RENEWJERSEYSTRONGER “RREM” Grant Program under “HUD” Secretary Shaun Donovan.
I just learned from limited news coverage stated on http://www.shorenewstoday.com that the Department of Community Affairs under Commissioner Richard Constable III and “HUD” are now going to implement an easier change for the Sandy victims to use their own contractors for rebuilding, this was effective March 10, 2014. Advances will now be given to awardees, but nothing probably changes the already fraudulent sign your rights away documentation or the countless criminal acts made against the Hurricane Sandy victims. Nevertheless the abuse, waste and fraud perpetrated by Governor Chris Christie’s administration plus the other corporations and agencies involved with criminal acts in the “RREM” Grant Program. What happened to the 1.8 billion dollars Governor Christie was initially provided for the Sandy victims? Did a few thieving money grubs steal it or will Governor Christie’s best excuse be his dog ate all that money?
Serious issues exist as to why Hurricane Sandy victims needed to apply to this crooked corrupt “RREM” Grant Program in the first place. One reason is a serious lack of funds received from insurance payments. A second reason has been rights violations and infringement by FEMA and the Federal Government forcing home and land owners to elevate homes. The “RREM” Grant Program is similar to a perpetrated scheme created during the Bush Administration called Road Home to assist with Hurricanes Katrina and Rita projects.
An article by the Asbury Park Press written by Michael L. Diamond and Jean Mikle on March 16, 2014 is titled $100G IN PREMIUMS FOR WHAT? This article is about the failed insurance industry. I doubt any segment of Government is bonded with insurance at this juncture. In the article the $100G references what a family claims they spent over 12 years in insurance premiums for flood and homeowners insurance. Still to this day sixteen months after Hurricane Sandy occurred, this family received no money from their flood insurance and an offer of $4,700.00 from their homeowner’s policy, but their repair costs are almost $300,000.00 in damage. The article states how insurance paid about 70 to 80 cents on the dollar with Katrina and only about 30 to 40 cents on the dollar to Sandy victims, why? Guess how many families have filed lawsuits? Just keep dragging Americans back into the corrupt U.S. Court system to harm them greater. Same racket different day and NO AUTHORITY OR SECURITY EXISTS FOR AMERICAN FAMILIES ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES OF SHAMS!
Those insurance payout figures are a great disparity especially since prime New Jersey waterfront properties are worth more with greater values than those in Louisiana. I assisted many home and land owners and was shocked at the lacking insurance funds home and land owners received from insurance. Only one family I met received the maximum distribution of $250,000.00 for rebuilding costs from flood insurance paid out under the National Flood Insurance Program, “NFIP.” Homeowner’s policies generally paid out nothing even for contents. Wind damage was the only claim homeowner policies seem to pay out and if anyone received more than $10,000.00 that would be shocking because most payouts were much, much less. The damage to some homes was tremendous since many home and land owners lost most of their contents besides the damage homes sustained. The intent of this sham was no doubt created to steal as much property as possible and drag out the trauma to the Sandy victims without any adequate legitimate assistance. Genocide and inhumanity will be the outcome of these scenarios as the weak get sicker and those with less money get poorer.
The RENEWJERSEYSTRONGER program as stated by Kevin Roddy of ICF International a firm that “HUD” utilized through some back door policy had an original intent to create a reimbursement program. Roddy proclaimed, “Reimbursement would be revolutionary in disaster recovery.” In my view reimbursement was to recapture the actual insurance funds that were already paid out to home and land owners to monetize or money launder these funds. Many home and land owners didn’t need a reimbursement, plus many did not understand why anyone would reimburse them the insurance funds they received already, I agree. There are a few situations where reimbursement would be helpful to those harmed.
The New York and New Jersey Port Authority came under scrutiny in this scenario along with the links to the Rockefeller Group and Bush’s which further links to Larry Silverstein whom benefitted from the insurance policies taken out just prior to the 9-11 disaster on the Twin Towers. Silverstein owned WTC 7, he is a key player in that conspiracy with his long term relationship to the Port Authority and the Teleport on Staten Island. These parties must be scrutinized for their involvement with the tragic 9-11 disaster. The Bush relationship to Osama Bin Laden exists besides the cover-up of Enron another Bush buddy relationship. I wonder how much Enron stock Bush and Cheney sold when the stock price was in the 80’s prior to the company’s stock collapse. The funding and creation of fraudulent wars equally applies to this scenario. WAR WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
The Rachel Maddow Show on MSNBC recently aired information about how the Bush war in Iraq was never for weapons of mass destruction but for oil. Big oil companies from Britain especially benefitted from Bush’s War. Immense harm and tragic cost of life to American military servicepersons, Iraqi’s and other individuals exists. Many have paid the price from this corrupted Defacto U.S. Governments operations. The biggest NO BRAINER IS NO on the XL Keystone Pipeline which aids more British corporatism and terrorism to destroy the land, food and water supplies and communities of this American Republic.
The Hurricane Sandy victims were preyed upon by many countless predators involved with the RENEWJERSEYSTRONGER, “RREM” Grant Program under Governor Chris Christies Administration and from “HUD.” U.S. Courts throughout this nation are filled with dens of thieves and predators destroying countless American families lives. These scenarios are repulsive beyond belief and measure. Meanwhile the same criminals sit free while the Hurricane Sandy victims and all Americans lives are recklessly endangered by criminals run amok throughout U.S. Government operations at the State and Federal levels. Personally I’ve yet to encounter any lawful authority after eight years of fighting back against the corruption of this failed nation. NO ONE overall has jurisdiction to the U.S. Court system.
Next time you vote for a money beggar crook, fraud or con please understand you only receive the present system of U.S. Politicians, which is campaign finance election fraud. American Sovereignty, Rights and Laws are violated as under the U.S. Constitution. Meanwhile, Americans are fed another spiel about the Ukraine, when NO SECURITY exists for Americans. Hypocrisy rules as the U.S. Military fails to arrest criminals and restore this nation as an American Republic.
